The ability of controlling the anger is a feeling that is not built in human beings. You should exercise to reach that point and of course before reaching to it you should pay the cost. When you are angry you decide not wisely and after a while you see its effects. Maybe you have said or done something, but out of your anger you hadn't thought about it, so the future is the time for your regrets.
I know it's very ideal to first think and then talk or to just wait for calmness and then act; but it's not far to reach, it needs some concentration on the rules of your anger time's action. Just have a try, it will work!!!

dear somi, some time you control yoursele but others are not in this way and their behavior about you is not atall polit . so you have to be so patient to controll yourself.

Hi Somi, You are absolutely right. Sometimes we forget about what are we doing or saying. It is due to angerness. Though we are regreting for our actions or deeds but it is very difficult to quit. People generally angry when things are not happen as per his/her requirement.
