Oscar Films

I saw Slumdog-Millionar and The Reader who were both nominated for the best film in Oscar. As you know the first one won more than 8 Oscars and the second one won the Oscar of the best actress.
Before watching them I was dreaming about by the hints I read on Yahoo Movies but after that I was thinking that Oscar is not as big as advertised most of the times.
Slumdog Millionar was good, based on realities of India and uses just local actors (with no AmitaBaChan). But it wasn't as great as Matrix Series or Forrest Gump or even Titanic which were selected as the best film previous years.
... And The Reader was somehow shameful. It's said there is no need to play porn instead of being the winner but in this film it was the case. Even the story wasn't so strong to cover it. A review of criminals during World War 2 doesn't need to show those pictures in front of common people eyes who are watching it. Somehow I hate it even though lots of audiences enjoyed.

Holidays

We are at the last days of Norouz holidays. Although I went to work for 4 days(part time) but still likes these calm days, with no traffic in the city and clean weather( today Tehran was snowy!!!! ). My uncle and his family are here with us so we are all happy.   Iran lost the match with Saudi-Arabia and we are almost stopped for going to world cup championship. The coach who was A Great Man till last week is fined and again there seems no bright future for national football. I think the persistence of damn president in Azadi Complex resulted in that lost. A friend always says he has some 666 hidden under the hair !!!!!!!!!!!!111

North

We went to north of Iran with Mehrdad's family last week. It was interesting being with Rozana( actually running after her all the time) and enjoying the clean weather. But at the end Rozana become ill. I think the reason is because of 2 nice white teeth which are born recently.


P.S. I was reading some of friend's blogs. Actually the blogs of those friends who know in the real world not only the cyber one and I feel they are just lying, most of their words weren't true. It's a fact that lots of we bloggers hide our real face behind the nice words we are typing. It's a fact that most of people (include me too) like to show off but having moral is sometimes good.

Hi, I wish you all have enjoyed New Year holiday. I know it's not finished but the best days are the first one when we are all with our family.

We are in the last days of 1387. It wasn't a bad year of course. I had my job promotion, looked at Rozana's first steps, heard her first words, enjoyed the time of being with my beloved parents, ...

Some night ago was my birthday and some of my friends came. Having happiness in the middle of rush last days of the year was good. I wish Attijun, Yaser and Javad were with us too.

Anyhow, this is the greeting card which is from Rozana to our friends. This year it's my design but who knows what will happen the next year?!!!

Predictions

Last night I predicted having lots of guests on next Saturday and now I know there won't be anyone. It's amazing that sometimes although you are sure of something, exactlt the reverse is happening. Anyhow, Mehrdad is not reading my blog anymore, don't ask me the reason but generally I like his comments after 100 posts. Rozana and I will miss "Alittle Princess Father" comments.

We Iranians have a nice custom to clean homes before the start of New Year. These days most of people are doing it and because I'm at work, I called a man for helping yesterday.  Before his coming I opened curtains, washed them (exactly 17 !!!!!!) and ironed them. Then he came and cleaned walls and windows and Mehrdad were supposed to only install them. I wish you could see him after this great job he did, even now he is talking about his generosity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Rozana was with my parents to avoid contacting cleaning liquids.   Spring is coming..........

Cheap Talking

I'm coming out of the home parking, Rozana is sat on her car seat, We are in hurry to be on time for the appointment..... Ooppsssss!!!!! A car is parked exactly infront of the door. I say how damn is the man, also donkey and moneky and put my hand on the horn.... I'm driving in the street, a car is lighting and coming rapidly, I go beside and let it go, It also comes beside and again lightening, some youngesters are in , ...... I curse damnly and say donkey and monkey .......... I'm talking with a friend about one of the collegues who wasn't polite to me today. I'm angry and again donley and monkey and ........ Rozana is always with me, she is learning the way of living and unfortunately these are the words in common while I'm angry of these careless people.  I seriously think should change my manner, maybe a promise to pay something for any bad word saying, but who will be participate in this contract?!!!!!!!!

Bandar-Abbas

I think it's the time describing Bandar-Abbas for those who were asking past days: It's a port landing beside Persian Gulf waters. Only this sentence can give you a picture of warm weather, nice beach, people who are sun bathing, tourist camps, sea handicrafts, local foods, .... but reality is only a big sigh.  Actually we were in the best hotel and I think the only clean place of the port. Weather was warm so Rozana likes walking bare feet but whenever we were out I didn't feel good of her funny task because of dirtiness obvious everywhere. The beach wasn't as romantic as you except from any beach, it was smelling very bad and everywhere dirty. There were lots of ferries stayed beside port but poverty was more clearly. On Tuesday we went to Gheshm Island by a sea bus. The experience of having a sea trip was really exciting. We registered on a tour for rounding the island and visited some parts. Because it was a station of Portugal years ago before invading Iran, there were lots of historical places to see... but beside these places I saw poverty again. Women are in a disastrous situation. I saw lots of very thin and young girls who were the mother of 2 or 3 kids, the kids also were thin. Comparing them with Rozana, I was shameful of this much cruelness and unfair. Of course it's not my fault that they are poor but it's the governors who haven't been successful in job-producing or improving culture level or ....   Anyhow, being with Mehrdad and Rozana for 5 days was good

Short-Hair

Sorry for delay in sending new pictures. Last week we went to BandarAbbas and I didn't have any net connection. These pictures are taken in Farbod's home ,while they were eating and playing. It's not anyone birthday. We only tought eating ice-cream without any candle poofing wouldn't make enough happiness for kids so made it like that.
