Memorial for Tsunami and Bam

Today in the world is the memorial of Tsunami quake-stricken people and also yesterday was the memorial of Bam earthquake. In these two sad natural accidents almost 35000 people died just in a blink of an eye and million dollars of damages occured.Beside all of these loss there are those families who are remained from the quake but had lost most of their beloved ones and now found themselves with no one in the world. After the quake statistics showed that among these people depression become so common and even lots of suicide were reported. But the different between these two earthquakes was that after Tsunami very quickly the countries started rebuilding people's houses but after Bam (remember it was one year before Tsunami) lots of managements happened and lots of Iraninan helps gathered but the result was interesting, The population of Bam was more than before and all helps were sold in the Bazars of other cities and now after two years still most of the local people are living in Canexes(kind of temporary house build with metal sheets).
It's a probable incident for Tehran too. Everynight when I go to bed just ask God if in the next morning The Quake happen save me with all my family or kill all of us. It's so radiculous that although we all know about the coming quake but still nobody is ready to facing this natural disaster.

Again women

There is a nice story about the first day God created woman...
At first he created man, but man was very alone so he asked God to give him a friend and God invented woman to chat and take care of him.after one day man came to God and asked him to get woman back.He reasoned she is always nagging and crying and needs lots of care, so after a while God accepted. The other day he came again and asked for the woman. He said now he found himself very alone , even more than before, and so badly needed her.God accepted again but said from that moment man must live with woman and couldn't bring her back at all and that's why it's going on like this.

After I wrote my last post I heared some cooments about it so I want to complete it:
1- Please write your comments in the site, in that case everybody will find your ideas and it will be challenging.
2- Yes that's true, in that case I had a very bad competition but I felt if I don't do anything she'll assume that she is rightful of whatever she does.
3- My general idea is that I should act everybody like he/she is ,if she's generous , I should be generous too ,it's same for jealousness, cruelty, pride and other adjectives.Otherwise you are somehow confirming their behacior because they wouldn't see their bad reflection.
4- all your critical ideas are greatly accepted if they are improving, so thahnk you Mr. A.......

We Women

I have a friend(actually not a freind but a relative but I made her in mind as afriend to be just tolerable) who I realy don't like her.She isn't from my type and always is competing herself with me. At first I didn't understand what's going on but little by little I found that I'm realy under control and whatever I do she should do too.I changed and start acting like it with her, So whenever we met each other if she want starting talking about something which I know it was out of her jealousness I teased her to suffer more for example I informed her about two more things which she doesn't have and never could gain in the future.
The story between us was like it for years and I realy get used to be another person infront of her, Mehrdad always says you women never stop your internal wars :D but I say it's necessary to stop her.
Yesterday she again called me but surprisingly not intend to continue but said she thinks it's enough and she shouldn't wait everybody/things have same behavior with us , because we are not same persons .Hearing it was realy reliefing and I'm waiting for coming days with no nonesence words .

These days are chrismas in lots of countries .The christians are celebrating Jusis Christ birth and also start of new year.I wish I was living abroad to have 15 days off as holidays :D
Happy New Year and Happy Christmas for them!!

Another things , My elder brother is here in Iran.......and our family are very happy. Thank God.

Elton John's wedding

I'm sure you all know Sir. Elton John. He is one of the most famous singers in the world and known because of his nice songs such as Lion King movie and also because of his collection of glasses ( more than 12000 sets).
I read in the news that last Wednesday he held his wedding ceremony with Mr. David Furnish.
Yes, he is a gay and in his party lots of famous actors and singers were invited.
I think all these gays are amazing people and of course very abnormal but it's interesting that although all religious parties are against them but they are getting all rights they were demanding before, such as official weddings.
Anyway, happy wedding Sir. Elton John.

My friend's cousin

Some days ago one of my colleagues told us a very sad story. It's written below:
She had a 38 year old cousin. On Tuesday when he was passing the street suddenly a car hit him, he felt into the ground and his head was injured. He stood up and checked himself, there weren't any serious problem, so he asked the driver to fetch him home, thanked him and said goodbye. After one hour he felt some pain in his stomach and head. It turned worse and worse until he died!!!
Actually the accident had caused him to have some internal bloodshed and at that moment he didn't understood anything otherwise maybe if he had gone to hospital he would be alive.
As one of my friends said how lucky the driver was, not because he wasn't there to pay for his injuries and death but because he never understands that he has killed someone unwontedly.
It was really sad, God bless him but we should always go for a complete check up after any kind of accident inorder to prevent such things.

Yalda

Tonight in Iran is Yalda :D I'm sure all Iraninan know what it is.It's actually the only night of year which the period of night is more that day time.Actually it;s the longest night of the year.
Iraninans are very intelligent people .They have lots of nice ceremonies, one of the most beautiful ones is done tonight.
In the old histories ,our ancestors celebrated this night because they believe that this the time of visiting Mitra goddes and also it's the last night off darkness victory over the lights and good things.
from that time ,it become a costume for us to do something to make this night pass easier ,one of these nice works is visiting our parents and experienced ones of the family. They are resources of experiences and by this time they can talk us about their memories, hopes and just talk. It's a dedicated time for appreciate them and their memories and it's very nice.
Tonight as last Yalda nights I met my parents but my brotheres weren't with us .All the moments I remember their absence my eyes were full of tears ,but infact it's the life which is passing not always based on our wishes.
I hope you all a very good Yalda with your parents and for those who are not with them I wish their coming nightsbe full of happiness.
Happy Your Yalda Night!!!!!

Spoiled children

Yesterday I was talking with one of my friends whose son is 11 months years old.He is his first child and she is doing as much as she can for him.She was dreaming about his future when he becomes an adult.Even she was thinking about the time he is going to find a girlfriend and what is he doing with her!!!!
I was surprised, actually she wasn't just dreaming but was planning his future behaviour against females and the noticable part was that she was going to teach him he is better than girls because he is more powerful and maybe more brilliant(I don't think so) and he is the BOY.
I think my friend's past memories are full of those descriminations and because she weren't able to change situation so she is compensating it in this way.
It's a scenario you can see everywhere in Iran but we shouldn't forget that " Our children aren't going to be what we want ,but ther are going to be what we are."so it's better to learn them collect people's respects by thier own abilities not by belittling the others ,specially women :D

Voluntary Death

Today ,I read in the newspapers that in Swiss and Belgium a rule have been ratified that for those who are suffering from uncurable diseases and are tolerating great pains , hospitals are allowed to kill that person inorder to reduce his pains. This is a very hard decision for the doctor but maybe it's the last way.
At first glance it's very offensive and cruelful, they should always try for reducing the pain not stopping it ,but when there is no other way and you are sure that pataince is waiting for his death, then this tempting solution will across your mind.
I hadn't made my mind if this is a good cure or not and I don't know what's that pataience idea after death, but I'm sure it's very hard for that doctor to work against his aims(if tere is any).
Are you agree with them?

Female bloggers

Lots of people in the world express themselves simply by writing daily blogs. In Iran because people are not allowed to say everything in the real society they do the same. The first one who talked about technics of blog writings was Mr. Hossein Derakhshan(hoder known). After his introduction lots of The Youht started their blogs.
It's five years from that moment. Now thousands of Iraninan blogs are updated every day but the interesting part is the statistics of their readers number. Not considering very famous authors whom pages are very popular, but in the common blogs female writers are more succesful and the average of their daily blog visits is very high. I don't know the reason exactly, maybe it's a sign of our close society, or maybe it's because women are more sensitive so they talk about the incidents honestly and in a better way. Whatever the reason is ,the importance is that in this case men cann't say they are the best :D what do you think? ;)

No Title

Today is a very ordinary day and I didn't find any interesting subject to write. Most of the times Mehrdad gives me good titles to write in the blog.Today he is in Yazd and when I asked him to help me he said :"I'm in a meeting and I'm very busy and ...." so he is guilty that I don't have much to write :D
.... and something else.Atlast after one night raining ,Tehran weather is clean, so just breath.
....and another something else.If Mr. president continues his words against Israil ,the Europian Community will advice FIFA to stop letting Iran participate in the 2006 World Cup ,very interesting, isn't it?

Internet sanctions

These days in the news and websites everybody are talking about new Yahoo and Google announcement which said they are managing to close all the connections stablished from Iran to their servers. As you know the official owner of the cyber world of internet is U.S.A and because we are in the sanction these two companies have some reason for doing this. But it's very shameful and they should give some more reasonable facts so they said according to their statistics about 90% of searches from Iran is not scientific ,which I'm sure is exaggerated.
But today I ounf something more.If you search a word in Google the result is totally different than whom is searching from Dubai or any other country. The useful and important links are not shown for Iraninan IP's.you can check it with one of your abroad friends.
Please step for a moment and sign the petition against this act.

World cup 2006

Two nights ago FIFA chosen the groups of the coming soccer world cup. As you all know Iran is in group D with Mexico,Portugal and Angola, actually he should play with three different methodes from all Continents.
The ceremony and management ,by itself was very well and Germany behaviour which defines it's own group and Brazil's one to somehow predict the final is very upestimating but in general view everything was fair .Asian groups are more difficult than the other ones.I wished Saudi Arabia was in group C or F,Because they are the hardest ones.
The funny part of it was when Iran Tv was showing the ecremony live and whenever that sexy woman appears in the screen they was cutting the picture.
What's your idea about Iran group( group D),do you think it's as easy as it's in statistics? Will Iran go to the second level?

Air pollution

Pollution, pollution, pollution. This is a familiar word for people who are living in Tehran, it's heard everhwhere and nearly is the reason of most of their illnesses, making their dying day become faster and there is no hope for the future.
Last wednesday & Thursday was holidays and also schools were off for about 5 days to prevent making worse situations, also from today just odd-even cars are allowed to be used in odd-even days but all of these are just temporary solutions.Yes,ofcourse we cann't make wind or order to the clouds to rain but atleast we can stop using our old cars and ride by public transport system( even if it's as not-enough as Tehran) in polluted days.
:D Today I'm like old women who keeps on nagging with lots of old suggestions. But belive me, we should do some hard works if we want to live in a non-standard city.No one can help us except ourselves.

Plane crash

I'm sure everybody has heard about C-130 plane crash in Tehran, near the international Mehrabad airport. In this sad accident 110 people were died and about 80 were injured. I don't want to mention the details but intend to look at the crash from a different side.
Exactly after the accident, when everybody was in great sorrows about those educated reporters who were died, the government representative appeared on TV screen and announced that all of 94 passengers of the plane , according to the Islamic rules, are martyrs(!!!!!!!) and insurance companies will pay about 30000$ to their families but he didn't talk about those poor families who were resting in their homes at 13:45 and suddenly a plane crashed into their apartment, some of them dead, all of their lives ruined, most of them became nervous out of the accident sound and at the end nobody responsible for compensating the damage.
Maybe I'm wrong but as far as I know nearly most of the Iranian houses are not insured against sudden accidents so no one will pay them. They should come over losing their dears and also making new lives.
Thank God we are living in an Islamic country with justified rules, otherwise who knows what more could happen for them?!!

Lunch at work

In our work place we should bring lunch from home or buy it from a nearby restaurant.Generally speaking women cook lunch fro their next day and men, because they are very lazy, don't bring their wife's delicious food and just eat whatever is available for that day.
Yesterday ,I cooked Ghormesabzi, an Iraninan traditional food, and put it in the refregarator for noon.At lunch time when I opened my dish I become very angry. Some one had stolen some of it's meat!!! I shouted at the young servant who had prepared the lunch.I was sure that it's his fault but he persist on saying that he isn't guilty.
In the afternoon, when I was describing it for my mom, her reaction made me shocked. She said you shouldn't yell at him and you MUST give him your lunch, because he is poor and single and his family isn't there, so maybe when he opened your dish he couldn't stop himself from tasting it.
I hadn't thought of the fight from this side. Before it I was an engineer and he was only a servant but after it I was ashamed. My work was wronge but he was guilty too.
What do you think? If you were in my shoes and see your food isn't intact any more, what did you do?Isn't all the subject very funny?

Friendship

Friendship is like standing on wet cement...the longer you stay, the harder is to leave & you can never go without leaving your footprints behind.
Dear Fattaneh, please just don't bother yourself because of other people's way of thinking about you.be sure that you are the best and if anybody doesn't understand this it's her problem, let them be ashamed of their behaviours and regret their old days with you.Wish you the best.

Chapar

200 years ago when people want to send mail or message to a relative in another city ,they paid a man and asked him to travel there and give the mssage to the reciever. The man was called Chapar and this process at least needed 2 weeks and by this much delay everythings were done.
After those years humanity beings become civilized and invent some tools to reduce the delay. We are using the results such as internet,fax,e-banking,e-governing ,etc. This is all the people of the world's right to use these innovations and make their lives easier.
But unfortunately in Iran out of political results, we are banned of using lots of these improvements.Iran is in great sanctions and powerty-stricken people should pay for it.
Imagin a situation that a person needs to send money for his son who is educating abroad. First he should change his money to some foreign exchange. Up to this step ,it's natural but because Iranian banks don't have any foreign branches or known foreign banks don't have any branch in Iran,he couldn't send his money by any legal tool.He should go to the airport and ask a passenger to give the money to the son who is waiting on that country's airport.
See,it's another meaning of using Chapars but with lots of risks.Because at the destination if the passenger doesn't give the money ,nobody can improve that he's lying.
This is a tiny example of the problems that Iranian people are facing everyday.I'm in deep love of Iran,so I write the problems to show my concerns, but when i see there is no other way(at least not for next 20 years) I wish I was born somewhere else.Don't blame me,it's a fact that because of some radiculous thoughts among our governers ,despite our rich history , we are very poor people.
