New Face

As you see I have lost my old blog-template. I'm trying to find the way out but because I don't know anything about HTML I don't know how to change this ugly pink colure in the side bars. Please help me if you know the number of old code for the previous lovely pink colored; and something more; I should rewrite my friends links and also my site meter( I have lost more than I expect :o ) so up to that time bare this new and ugly face.

Tolerance

Some days our patience boundaries are very limited. We can't listen to any opposite decision or in the case that we know the argument won't result in any agreement, we don't stop it. I'm sure that everybody has been in such situations more than one time.

What could be the way out? I think taking a deep breath and thinking to a good memory or some one beloved and strong intention to put yourself out of this crisis could make you feel better. It's free, try it ;)

Photoblog-16

This is the picture of Greek ship in west bank of Kish Island in South of Iran. It's one of the symbols of the island and had a nice story at behind.

It was for Portugal army, and when it become in mud they put lots of efforts for making it free; the cost of this efforts was more than the whole ship price; but they weren't successful and left it there.

Now, if you go at sunset to visit it, you can see one of the most beautiful views of the sun over the see.

Devoted Husband

Yesterday, Mehrdad and I were talking about buying a house. He said the place of that region is exactly on the Tehran earthquake line, which means that if the disaster happens, no matter how good the building is structured, nobody will survive. I said I prefer to die in that case instead of being alive and see all my families and friends are dead, but he said he prefers to be survived and make a new life!!!!!!!!! See, how similar we are to each other!
But at least he is honest to express himself. Last year when a 5.2 Richter earthquake happened in Tehran, I was asleep and he immediately ran out of home. He said it’s an advice to just think about yourself at that moment. Maybe he is right.

Iran Closed

Last Friday in Iran Daily newspaper a caricature was painted showing a cockroach which was speaking with the accent of Azeri People. Up to this point everything was ok, but suddenly from Sunday some complaints start about the caricature and Azeri people said they think this picture is insulting them and they condemned for the caricaturist punishment. Two days ago the caricaturist was fined from his job and yesterday, when the judge saw that this new movement is not finishing they put him on jail and even arrest the owner of the newspaper and closed it.

Lots of noises for just one word which was said by a cockroach!!! Some of my friends said that poor guy should be punished because he had repeated the dirty jokes about Azeri or Lori or other local nations. But please wait and have a look at the whole story again. Do you think really that guy wants to insult kind people of Azerbaijan, or do you think that all these jokes which are heard everyday is made by strangers not by them? Or even more, do you think this new temporary wave which is arose everywhere is for sympathizing with them?

I think all of these arguments is very well managed to make a legal reason for closing more than 250 newspapers before. This time they are saying that we are paying attention to your demands so we close this one like the others.

But this axe of punishment shouldn't be always on the head of journalists in order to let them criticize leaders and powerful people to watch their jobs. It's a fact that if nobody feels freedom to express himself then no improvement is done.

2nd Of Khordad

Imagine its 9 years ago and tomorrow is the presidential election. Would you elect Mr. Khatami as your president?

I want to confess that : Yes I would. In spite of all his negligence in front of the people's wishes, in spite of all his failures in making people better economical conditions, in spite of all his cowardice in fronting the USA at that damn Clinton time and in spite of lots of other reasons which maybe will flash in your mind ,I would still vote for him.

Lots of conditions has changed during past years, I know the future can judge him more fairly and they will admit that in those eras he was the best.

I pray never come a day that we say at the era of Ahmadinejad, he was the best… Sigh…

Our Present

One day, a raven was sitting on a tree doing nothing all the day. A rabbit came dawn and asked him:" Can I sit all the day and do nothing?" raven answered:" Of course you can." So the rabbit sit under the tree and take a nap. Suddenly a fox came and ate him.

A funny result of this story could be this one: if you want to do nothing all the day; you should be sit in very high levels.

But this funny conclusion is a real one in Iran. Actually the new leaders are just doing nothing because they are sitting in very high levels, and we, rabbits, are infecting of it.

By the way, have you ever made a whole food burned all the way? Yesterday it happened for me and after 2 hours I was able to make the fog disappeared. The look of the food after its burning was amazing. Just a bunch of black material in a previous nice pot which was as ugly as those ones which are used on real burning woods now.

Night Hospital

People's relations are really amazing.

Last night for some reasons I was in a hospital, waiting for a friend. Meanwhile an old man came with his wounded hand which was blooding so badly. The doctor made a dress out of plaster cast for him. Then he asked for the money which was a great deal actually. But the old man refused paying money, he said he didn't know that hospital isn't under insurance contracts; so he doesn't have enough money and he was asking the doctor for some reduction and doctor was refusing because he says he should give this money to the hospital by himself. This quarrel had made everybody looking at them, but I was wondering why that poor old man didn't say anything when he was suffering from his pain and after the surgery he remembered that he didn't have enough money? Even if he is poor, it's not the doctor fault to pay for him. Am I very cruel?

First long stay.

Yesterday for the first time in my working history, I stayed at work till 8:15 PM, actually not a good experience. I always prefer to come home earlier than Mehrdad. Maybe it’s not a modern thinking but I want to make him kind of confidence when he reached home.
This long stay fades all my happiness from the new glass, which was a gift by a friend.
I know if I keep on staying long at work, we both will get used to it, but I never want to make this habit at home.

World of all creatures

When it's said that a star is 60 million light years far from the earth, what does it means? As far as I know, it means that if a beam leaves that star 60 million years ago, then now after this much time we can see it. Very cute!!! The nearest star to the earth is sun and we are observing its light with 8 minutes delay. So very naturally our time is different than sun or other stars.

This relativity of time is a nice rule in the nature. When we have our common arguments down in the earth, maybe there are some big bangs happening far from here, some stars are birthing and some are dying, some civilizations are growing or some are disappearing but optimistically we will hear about them 60 million years later, wowwwwww. We are so tiny in this world of physic rules…we are so far from finding other creatures of the world…

Iran banned?

In 1992, when Yugoslavia was in internal wars, the European committee ratified a rule and bans them from participating in European Champions League. Around 1937 this incident happen for the rugby team of South Africa, and because of the political leaders their people weren't allowed to watch their favorite team in the international matches. Of course now ,when USA talkers reminds those days, they call it as an successful act which result in decadence of Apatite regime, so they have a good memory of it.

Now a days a bad news is heard everywhere(I've talked about it before but this time situation is more seriously) .3 days ago the European Committee sent an official letter to Sep Blotter and ask him for removing Iran from 2006 football matches. They even said because the first match of Iran is with Mexico in Nuremburg (which is one of the first cities which loved Hitler and Nazism) and because the president of Iran wants to remove Israel from world map (an act similar to that one Hitler did years ago), so they suggest that removing Iran can be a probable way to stop them. And another bad news, Bahrain which is our enemy and disaster memory in our football history after this letter is making his team ready for participating instead of Iran.

I hope never ever this happen, but how Iran government wants to answer to it's people who are living with the football and only want to see a match without any political conflict!!!

Photoblog-15

Sometimes the days of life are as rainy as this photo, but unquestionably we need these rainy days to enjoy the light of sun. I know the future is bright, just be hopeful and ask The Omnipotent God for his kind helps.

Unfortunately we often remember the existence of God when we are in trouble. I'm asking him for the health-recur of a child who is waiting for him. I know he will never turn his back. I know he is looking at him….

Funny

If you are persian ,you can read the answer of Ahmadinejad's letter by Seyyed Ebrahim Nabavi
  • Here
  • Bad Sleeping

Starting of this year was the start of not any change in local time of Iran. It had it's discussions at that time and then everybody tried to get used to this new conditions. In our work time we had only 15 minutes change, it means that instead of changing the time we must come to work 15 min earlier. But I've got sleeping problems. I'm awake from 4 or 5 AM and just waiting for the work time. It's horrible that you see the sun in the sky from 5 AM but you should wait for restart of public action.

I think this new situation has much more side-effects which will show themselves in the second 6-months.

    Iran Letter

Last night the content of that letter Ahmadinejad has sent to George Bush was published. I heard it in Iran TV News. It's the first time that one of the presidents of Iran after 1979 revolution has sent a diplomatic letter to the USA president, so it was noble. But after the enclosure I found that we are still at the step we were before. Nothing new can ever happen by this mail.

Our president who is the representative of 70000000 people and great history and …. Showed himself as a teacher and asked his students Logical Questions from Bush and confess that he is unable to answer them. Again he repeated the old quarrels, Holocaust, human rights, reason of occupying USA embassy 25 years ago, peaceful nuclear acts, Guantanamo jail, occupying Afghanistan and Iraq and its costs… nothing new. Even he sympathized with USA people who are suffering from unwise decisions of their president. But he never said anything from his own people problems'. I don't want to talk about them here, but after listening to that entire letter I felt that USA people by reading it will feel so long distance between two nations, and they will think that we are interfering in their country. They will think the same as us.

Unfortunately the relations between nations are depended on their leaders so we have reached to this point.

    No Subject

Some times you understand something wrong is going on, but for certain reasons you pretend that you don't know anything about it. In this case you have acted very wisely, because you are thinking about the future and maybe don't want to end everything or show your idea about the subject.

It's a fact that you can never satisfy everyone, but atleast we can try not to bother them by tiny arguments.

… I know there is someone who is very sensible, and understand whatever I say. I know he/she got what I'm saying.

    Busy Friends

We are spending 8 hours of our day time at work. I'm working as an engineer and most of my colleagues are educated people who are using their minds for their job done. …and hopefully we are friends. This is the fact that has made this long time at work, shorter. Otherwise every minute were passing like an hour. I think visiting friends is a good courage beside work for making enough enthusiasm.

In recent days, the staff of one of the departments has become very busy and this much work with some other reasons have put some effects on their friendship. I know I'm not very close to this subject and shouldn't judge about it, but I hope they get over all these conflicts and busy days in near future.

P.S. my previous post called "Anger and Excuses" has lots of discussion after publishing. I accept some of your ideas; I shouldn't write "I hate …" it was better to say "I don't like…". This subject doesn't need this much emphasize.

    The Butterfly

Last night I watched a film named The Butterfly (2003 by Philippe Muyl). It was about the relations between an 8 year old girl and his elderly neighbor.

The old man was a butterfly collector and girl's questions about the butterflies started their friendship. Man was after a rare kind of butterflies which is called Isabella and takes a trip to the mountains for finding it. This kind of insects has just a life time of 3 nights and 3 days and old man was exactly looking for a needle in a haystack. The incidents during this trip were very similar to the story of The Little Prince and it was showing the schedules of taming old man by the girl.

After a long time, last night I really enjoyed of watching a film and felt a complete tranquility. Hope u have seen it too ;)

Name of the girl was Elsa. In an episode she said: when they were naming me they forgot to put letter i in my name so instead of Elisa which is the short format of Elisabeth (name of The Queen) ,I become Elsa; but after a while she completed her saying by this sentence: it's good not to be the short format of somebody. It's nice to be yourself.

    Photoblog-14

A common sign of great Persian arts. This is an overview of a window located in Karim Khan's Arg (citadel).

At those times for two reasons they made windows like this. First, the beauty cause; which is shown in this picture and is full of harmony.

And second for economic reasons, which after any broken windows they should just replace a tiny piece of glass not whole of it.

    Petrol Smuggling

Today I read in the news that about 5% of the total fuel of Iran is exported illegally to the neighbor's countries. It's interesting to mention that while the price of petrol is about 10 cent per liter in Iran, It's about 1$ in Turkey and 1.1$ in Pakistan and something the same in the other countries. So you find the reason of this much illegal export of Iranians wealth.

In the new program of the government, they are going to sell cheap petrol for 3 liters per day and we must buy it for about 0.5$ for more usage. Maybe this action will stop the smuggling but it will also make a very noticeable inflation which again people are suffering from it.

So why government can't control our land lines and improve the quality of the cars and get out the old cars from the cycles, but just they can make powerty-stricken people meeker!!!

    sister come

Last night we had a good experience in our family. Actually I can’t exactly call it as an experience; maybe it’s better to say a good memory or a dream, which has come true. My brother asked a girl’s hand for marriage and because two families were already friends his suggestion and then their agreement was a good deal.
Naturally now I have got a sister in law, but I don’t like these law’s names. I feel his wife as my sister, which I never had before (I’m the only girl). What’s the difference between a real sister and that one who had made her decision to make my brother in all his life happy? I’m really happy and wish them a long successful life.Congradulation Attieh, Congradulation Yaser.

P.S. if I write about any subject in my blog, it’s my blog and I decide about the subject. If anybody feels that I’m writing about him/her, it’s his /her interpretation and I’m not obliged to talk about it. Sorry if I’m a little bit frank.

    Anger and Excuses

Some people have a very bad habit (I can be one of that some people too). They say whatever they want when they are angry, shout and become very illogical and then when they get back they come and say excuse me. This behavior could be tolerable if happens once or twice.

But what will you do if some one repeats his fault again and again and after each time come and say his excuses. This is not acceptable at all and it shows the lack of personality on that man.

Let me be honest. I hate those ones who never remember what they have promised before. I hate those ones who keep on saying excuse me...

    Labor Day

Yesterday was 1st of May which is called labor day. I've seen that every year on this day most of the labors don't go to work, but I found the reason of calling this day just yesterday.

The story happened on 21 April 1986. On this day a great number of Australian workers stopped working and marched in the streets of Melbourne and demanded 8 hours of work. Actually they wanted 8 hours for rest and 8 hours for recreation. Their protests resulted in success and they were the first group in the world who start working just 8 hours a day.

Poor labors of Iran marched yesterday too. But you know what their main request was? They were saying that we will work as much as we are ordered!!! But we just want to have a confidence that next month we still have our job. The temporary contracts which is a usual one in Iran has killed all their hopes for the future. It's a result of respecting to all jobs equally!!!!!!!
