A common sign of great Persian arts. This is an overview of a window located in Karim Khan's Arg (citadel).

At those times for two reasons they made windows like this. First, the beauty cause; which is shown in this picture and is full of harmony.

And second for economic reasons, which after any broken windows they should just replace a tiny piece of glass not whole of it.

It is beautiful.But, Is it appropriate light in a room with such windows?It looks dark.
