I read some where that an optimistic person is someone who doesn't know any thing. If you are living in Iran and you are facing to this much bad news and are trying to continue your way, then you will have two ways: you can close your eyes and don't see anything; in this case after a while you will be very optimistic. Or no, you are seeing everything and just suffering. I suggest you even if you fall into the second category again close your eyes and try to ignore everything.
I feel paying much attention to nuclear conflicts is one of them. So it's better not to know how uranium is written than knowing how it's enriched.
